Guitar Warranty & Return Policy

Our guitars come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing and wooden structure-related issues.

If any manufacturing defect or wooden-related issue occurs during the warranty period, our team will inspect the guitar and provide repair or replacement according to the situation.

Warranty claims are only valid after proper inspection.

• Water or liquid damage
• Damage caused by falling or physical impact
• Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
• Broken strings due to usage
• Damage caused by improper handling
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear

Customers can check the guitar after delivery.

If there is any manufacturing issue or fault, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

After inspection, exchange or refund will be provided according to company policy.

Requests after 3 days will not be accepted.

• Return policy is only applicable for product defects or issues.
• Change of mind, personal preference, or no longer needing the guitar will not be considered.
• Customers should properly check the product within the return period.
